A bit flimsy
I thought this would be similar to the knit of a New England fisherman's sweater however the knit it loose so that the white of the pillow shows through and does not retain its shape very well. I covered my pillows in a black cotton cover before placing in the sham which helped some.

The product description says "machine washable" but the shams say "dry clean only" which is annoying. Also the shams are not solid grey - the dark area between rows is actually black.

This pillow came and was rectangular not square as I imaged which is how it appears in the photo. It also has a lumpy filling. The cable knit is nice.

The pillow was decent quality but I didn't like the black threads in the grooves. I thought it was going to be all gray. Return shipping was expensive *** for 3 pillow covers.
