have had this table in espresso for about two years now. We originally got it because we were in an apartment without a real dining area, it worked well folded there. moved into a larger home and now use it as a console in the spare bedroom - when we don't have guests, expand it for a work space. it works perfectly, quality is good and the profile is sleek

One of the hinges on the table was not attached to the table; it was not attached because there was a huge hole where a particleboard chunk was missing. Neither the particleboard piece nor the screws for the hinge were in the box, so that led me to believe it was packed that way. Also on the undamaged side, the table top did not align with the metal spine that runs through the center of the table. There was also a crease in the metal spine from perhaps something being dropped on it before shipping. It is also rather heavy in weight. I am sending it back.

I am using it as a console table in my hallway. When i have guests it's being unfolded in a dinner table for six. It's a little small but we make it work. The quality is good. The table come as one piece. A little heavy for one person to open it up but I managed it.

Looks better with side down into room because of legs. Great for small apt. Larger than I pictured (in my muddled brain!)

This table works great is you have limited space, but still would like to have a large table whenever you need it. I like the simple, sturdy construction and it cleans very easily. I would highly recommend this table.

If your dwelling is limited in space, this is a great buy.

I read mostly good reviews for this dining table but it just did not work for me and it arrived damaged. When the table was used as a console table the metal would hit against the wood and rattle.

This is really great table for the small apartment when you want to have "more space" and need for a dining table is only when you have guests. This table comfortably seats 6 people. I bought 6 matching folding chairs ( from Amazon) and you would think that is an entire dining set. When it is not used for the guests - I keep it against the wall, open half of it and use as a photos display or else. Happy with this purchase.

I ordered two of these. received in excellent condition, with no assembly required (although on one screws had worked loose and needed to be reattached). Am using in a room that serves a dual purpose, sitting rom and dining room. In sitting room, one sits under picture window one side up. The cats take there naps here and are quite happy! Purchased with Vintage Tabouret Stacking chairs. Work very well together!

The table is good for my small studio. I have one leaf folded and do my work with two laptops and sometimes three. I also eat at the table. The two things about the table that i don't like are that (1) the table doesn't stand on its own when both leaves are folded, and (2) it's really heavy (I over estimated my strength).

Well constructed. No assembly. Fits nicely in a corner or against a wall. Half collapsed it makes a great table behind a sofa. Not super stable half open because only three legs are used. When not in use, 4 of the 18in high stools fit nicely underneath. Actually better than expected.

Very nice looking and stable. The grey is darker than I thought, but it contrasts well with the black and has a nice grain pattern on it. Looks expensive.
